* 2 cups of heavy cream
* 2 cups of whole milk
* 1/2 cup of sugar
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
* 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
* 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 2 tablespoons of espresso powder
* 2 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur
* 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
* 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
* 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
* 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios
* 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
* 2 tablespoons of chopped dried apricots
* 2 tablespoons of chopped dried figs
* 2 tablespoons of chopped dried cherries
* 2 tablespoons of chopped dried cranberries
* 2 tablespoons of chopped dried dates
* 2 tablespoons of chopped dried pineapple


1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the butter, espresso powder, and amaretto liqueur.
5. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.
6. Once cooled, stir in the dark chocolate chips, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, apricots, figs, cherries, cranberries, dates, and pineapple.
7. Divide the mixture into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
