Homemade Pasta from Scratch

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons water


1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs, olive oil, and water.
3. Using a fork, mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
6. Cut the dough into 4-6 pieces.
7. Roll each piece of dough into a thin sheet.

9. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
