Chef Jasper’s Recipe of the Week:
Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Garlic Butter
– 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place the salmon fillets on a greased grill grate. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
4. Brush the salmon with the butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
5. Grill for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the salmon is cooked through.
6. Serve the grilled salmon with the remaining butter mixture. Enjoy!
