– 2 lbs. chicken tenders
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons paprika
– 2 teaspoons salt
– 2 teaspoons black pepper
– 2 teaspoons onion powder
– 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
– 2 cups buttermilk
– 2 cups vegetable oil
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice


1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture.
3. Dip the chicken tenders in the buttermilk mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture.
