Easy Butter Chicken

This easy butter chicken recipe is a delicious and creamy Indian dish that is sure to please. It is made with simple ingredients and can be prepared in under an hour. Serve it with basmati rice or naan bread for a complete meal.

Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
– 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, ginger, and cayenne pepper and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.
6. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
