– 2 cups buttermilk
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag.

3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag.

4. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

5. Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F.

6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.

7. Grill or bake the chicken until it is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
