Baked Feta Pasta

This delicious Baked Feta Pasta is a great dinner recipe that is sure to please the whole family. It is a simple dish that is packed with flavor and is sure to become a favorite. – 1 pound of penne pasta
– 1/2 cup of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
– 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/2 cup of pitted kalamata olives, halved
– 8 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
3. Drain the pasta and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese to the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta cheese is golden and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley.
