Asian Chilli Chicken

* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon grated ginger
* 1 teaspoon chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 2 tablespoons sesame oil
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic, ginger, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken cubes and cook, stirring, until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro. Serve over cooked rice.
