Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the dish soap, glycerin, fluorescent paint, water, glow-in-the-dark paint, glitter, baking soda, cornstarch, light corn syrup, white vinegar, glow-in-the-dark powder, fluorescent powder, food coloring, glitter glue, glow-in-the-dark glitter, fluorescent glitter, glow-in-the-dark beads, fluorescent beads, glow-in-the-dark confetti, fluorescent confetti, glow-in-the-dark stars, fluorescent stars, glow-in-the-dark sequins, fluorescent sequins, glow-in-the-dark foam shapes, fluorescent foam shapes, glow-in-the-dark ribbon, fluorescent ribbon, glow-in-the-dark feathers, fluorescent feathers, glow-in-the-dark pom-poms, fluorescent pom-poms, glow-in-the-dark buttons, and fluorescent buttons.

2. Stir the mixture until it is completely combined.

3. Fill a large container with the mixture and let it sit for at least an hour.

4. Once the mixture has had time to settle, use a spoon to scoop out the bubbles and place them in a shallow bowl.

5. Place the bowl in a dark room and turn off the lights.

6. Shine a black light on the bubbles and watch them glow!
