15 Heart-Healthy Mediterranean Diet Snacks

– 2 cups of cooked quinoa
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1/2 cup of feta cheese
– 1/2 cup of olives
– 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
– 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
– 1/2 cup of artichoke hearts
– 1/2 cup of hummus
– 1/2 cup of roasted almonds
– 1/2 cup of roasted walnuts
– 1/2 cup of roasted pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 cup of dried apricots
– 1/2 cup of dried figs
– 1/2 cup of dried dates
– 1/2 cup of raisins


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
