  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped (e.g. rosemary, thyme, oregano)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, herbs, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken.
  3. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the marinade.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
